Hello! I'm Zoe, an experienced HR consultant and qualified mediator. I used to be Head of HR at a conveyancing firm, so I understand the pressures, deadlines and people challenges of the industry. Now I support small and medium sized conveyancing firms to grow and build brilliant reputations, without the people problems that hold them back. I'm particularly passionate about helping leaders handle difficult conversations early, before they turn into grievances or Tribunal claims, so your team can focus on doing what they do best - delivery the quality service your clients and agents know.
